2. Refund or Cancellation Policy
Booking needs to be cancelled by sending an email to contact@pahalspride.com
For Car:
a) Cancellation made more than 3 hours before the duty reporting time: No Charge shall be applicable.
b) Cancellation within 3 hours before dispatch or no-show once the car has left the garage: Half-day (4hr/40kms) charges shall be applicable.
For Bus & Truck:
a) Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the duty reporting time: No Charge shall be applicable.
b) Cancellation charges up to 48 hours before dispatch or no show once the bus or truck has left our garage: Full Day (8hr/80kms).
NOTE: Rates are subject to availability of the vehicle & duration of the rental. Rates quotations are sent privately to the customer’s email address.
3. Privacy Policy
